With Custom Domains, you can now connect your own secure domain to HolidayHero. This means your guests will see your brand, your domain, and your experience—without any HolidayHero branding in the URL.

Alongside Custom Domains, we’ve rolled out several other improvements to enhance your HolidayHero experience:

✈ Flight Number in Check-Ins – You can now collect and store flight numbers when guests check in.

🪪 Check-In Improvements – Guests who are non-traveling passengers (like PAs, assistants, and travel agencies) can now complete check-ins on behalf of traveling guests.

🚚 Supplier Address Updates – When editing is allowed, suppliers can now update their own addresses directly in the system.

📋 Better Inquiry Formatting – Additional fields in guest inquiries are now properly formatted for easier readability and processing.
