What’s new?

You can now link Suppliers directly to the experiences you offer through HolidayHero. Suppliers are the businesses that actually fulfill your upsells, like the bike rental company that provides e-bikes for your guests, or the private chef who handles your in-villa dining experience.

With this new feature, suppliers are no longer just a contact in your address book — they become active partners in your guest journey.

How does it work?

Once a supplier is connected to an experience, every guest inquiry for that experience is automatically forwarded to the supplier. From there, they can accept, decline, or respond directly — all through their own dedicated supplier portal.

No more middleman messaging. No more copy-pasting inquiries into emails. Just smooth, direct communication between your guests and your trusted suppliers.

🚲 Bike Rentals Without the Back-and-Forth
Imagine you offer bike rentals through a local supplier. Previously, your front desk would have to check availability, relay guest requests, and follow up for confirmation — eating up valuable time.
