What You Can Do with Guest Journey Customization
This feature puts you in full control of the app’s structure, allowing you to:
Add and remove stages: Customize the journey by introducing new stages or removing unnecessary ones based on the timeline of a reservation. For example, you can remove booking details post-check-in or add a welcome message before the guest’s arrival.
Tailor content for the right moment: Highlight early check-in offers before arrival, promote upsells mid-stay such as spa treatments or local tours, or share checkout instructions on the departure day. By showing the right information at the right time, you can enhance the guest experience and reduce unnecessary inquiries.

How it works
With our focus on personalization and branding, this feature has been added to brands. Each brand has its own guest journey with its reservation stages. By default the journey consists of 3 stages:
Reservation Created
Check In
Check Out
Between and after each stage you can create new stages. Allowing you to adjust the order and visiblity of each section. For now, the section types are fixed. But in the near future we will allow you to create your own sections.
